The Summerland Chamber of Commerce houses a fully equipped Board Room available for rental, with special rates for Chamber Members and community groups. The board room is a private, bright, open space with several large windows and beautiful views of Summerland. It is the perfect spot for a community meeting, a small conference, planning session, regional or client meeting. Impress your clients and show your professionalism by meeting at your Chamber.

Rental Rates
Full Day: $60.00 ($85 non-members)
Half Day or Evening: $35.00 ($60 non-members)
72 hour cancellation of room required or you will be charged the full amount.
Location
The offices are conveniently located above the Summerland Visitor Center at 15600 Hwy 97 with easy access and generous parking.
Responsibilities
Those who rent the Board Room are required to clean-up and to leave the room in its original condition. Janitorial fees will be charged to those who do not comply.
